Trim Levels (Exterior)

The 2022 Nissan Titan is a powerful-looking pickup truck with a large cab and full-size square truck bed. It boasts bold and rugged styling, with small square headlights and a large front bumper supporting an imposing grille. The Titan offers five trim levels: the King Cab, the King Cab SV, the Crew Cab S, The Crew Cab SV, and the Crew Cab Platinum Reserve. The low-level trim comes with 18-inch silver-metallic styled steel wheels, while the higher-level trims feature 209-inch, two-tone painted aluminum alloy wheels. The Titan comes in 12 exterior colors, alternating between gray detailing and body-color detailing on the bumpers. The colors are Cardinal Red, Deep Blue Pearl, Super Black, and Pearl White TriCoat, all with and without Gun Metallic Detailing. It also comes in Red Alert, Baja Storm Pearl, Gun Metallic, and Glacier White.

Engine (Power)

The 2022 Nissan Titan comes equipped with a 5.6-liter 32-valve V-8 engine. It can produce 400 horsepower with 413 pound-feet of torque. It has a nine-speed automatic transmission with a maximum towing capacity of 9,040 to 9,320 pounds. All models include rear-wheel drive with the option to upgrade to the two-speed transfer case four-wheel drive, except for the Crew Cab Platinum Reserve, on which the four-wheel drive is standard.

Performance

The nine-speed transmission inside the 2022 Nissan Titan pairs perfectly with the V-8 engine to provide fuel efficiency and smooth shifting. Even when towing over 9,000 pounds, the Titan can climb a steep grade, making it an exceptional vehicle for off-roading and rugged terrain. The higher ground clearance also allows for more mobility off the road.

Interior

The interior of the Nissan Titan comes in black cloth. The standard King Cab offers vinyl flooring for easy cleaning, with the other trims upgrading to carpet flooring for a more luxurious look. Storage abounds inside the Titan, with a front overhead storage console, eight bottle holders, six to eight cup holders, and the option for LED ambient lighting on the higher-level trims. All models also have dash-mounted power outlets for convenience. As for navigation, all models carry the 7-inch drive-assist display and the 9-inch color touch screen display. The Titan is Bluetooth compatible, with the higher-level trims offering Wi-Fi hot spot service and SiriusXM Radio. The basic trim offers six speakers, with the higher-level trims expanding to 12 speakers, including a center speaker and subwoofer.

Safety Features

The 2022 Nissan Titan has essential safety features, including an air bag system with dual-stage driver and front passenger supplemental air bags and seat-belt sensors. It also has driver assistance technologies, such as lane departure warning and a rearview monitor, blind-spot warning, and pedestrian detection systems on all trims.
