The 2023 Altima has an angular, black grille with the Nissan symbol in the middle, a sculpted hood, and sculpted sides. It's available in five trim levels: S, SV, SR, SL, and SR VC-Turbo. Both options have an Xtronic continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT).
Performance
This sedan is fun to drive, and it has great acceleration. Active Ride Control activates the brakes automatically when needed and adjusts torque to help you make tighter turns. Independent suspension and power steering are standard as well. You can select paddle shifters for the steering wheel with a manual driving mode, intelligent all-wheel drive, and a sport-tuned suspension. The Altima gets 25 mpg in urban areas and 34 mpg on the highway.
Interior
