Brought my Titan key fob in for reprogramming with no appointment. Tammy helped me get an awesome deal and in and out in 30 minutes. She also found my CC that fell out of my pocket in the truck! They always take coupons and when they don’t they try to get you a deal. Other than some rust on my rear quarter panel they wouldn’t warranty, I’ve always had a good experience there. Ask for Tammy G. she’s awesome.

I always bring my car here for oil changes and regular maintenance. The staff is nice and courteous. Their prices for their oil changes are comparable to other places. The waiting area is large and open. There are snacks and drinks, a tv, a charging station for your electronics and plenty of seating. You can make appointments online which is convenient and will receive reminders via text and email. No complaints here!


I reccomend this dealership to anyon. They truly care about their customers and will do their best to help you in the best possible way. A young man named Harry helped me and he was new and I couldn’t even tell. He was very knowledgable, honest, and helpful.

Great customer service

Great customer service, and clean facility. I was helped by Harry, who was very helpful and patient with me during the process of my first lease. Got a great deal on my trade-in too. Wished they wouldn’t have used the “give me your key so I can appraise your car, but really I’m gonna keep the key until we make a deal” tactic, but it’s a sales tactic nonetheless. So, it’s sort of expected. That being said, I would still recommend them.


Fantastic experience, fantastic vehicle!

My experience at Ed Martin Nissan was exceptional! Being a woman shopping without my husband, car shopping is always anxiety-ridden. I was promptly greeted by Chad Gentry. I liked him immediately as he wasn’t “salespersony” (for lack of a better term). Chad listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my visit. He could tell I didn’t have a lot of time or knowledge of cars and he didn’t play games or try to steer me away from the vehicle I was interested in, unlike the other dealerships I had visited. I feel he did a great job for me and I feel I got a good deal (as did my husband and others who I have spoken with). I purchased that day! I love my Nissan Rogue and will be sending others his way without hesitation.

My father told me he had a groupon for a free oil change at butler Nissan!! I was so pumped for a free oil change, until I got to the service desk and I was told my coupon was expired…by three years to be exact…and that this location was now an Ed Martin so the coupon wasn’t even valid to begin with.

Wow, you can imagine my embarrassment. Lucky for me, they have two of the sweetest gals running the desk (Tammy is one of them) at the service department and they offered to change my oil for free anyways!

Dedicated! Will past open hours!

Dennis Byrne and Tommy Thompson were great at serving us to get the car we wanted. They waited an hour after their had closed just to meet us and discuss a potential sale. Fortunately for all involved, my girlfriend loved the car that we found on their website. Both of them were very patient with us and answered all of our questions before proceeding with the deal. I highly recommend Ed Martin and both gentlemen mentioned above if you are looking to buy a new or used Nissan.
